Cooking steps

- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Wash and dry produce.
- Pat steak* dry with paper towels; season all over with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of oil.
- Once air fryer is preheated, coat air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray; add steak and cook to desired doneness, 8-12 minutes.
- Transfer to a cutting board to rest at least 3 minutes.

- While steak cooks, thinly slice tomato into rounds.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

- Halve ciabattas; toast until golden brown.
- In a medium bowl, toss arugula with a drizzle of olive oil, as much balsamic glaze as you like, salt, and pepper.

- Thinly slice steak against the grain.
- Spread bottom halves of ciabattas with garlic aioli. Top with steak, as much salad as you like, tomato, and crispy fried onions. Spread top halves of ciabattas with bacon jam and close to form sandwiches.
- Divide sandwiches between plates and serve with any remaining salad on the side.
